Fun, hands-on ergonmics workshops on prevention of eyestrain and
repetitive strain injuries (like tendonitis or carpal tunnel syndrome). Benefits:

- Prevent eyestrain (including self-massage and eyesight
acupressure points)
- Relieve muscle strain before it causes injury
As a workshop participant, you'll learn:
- Good postural habits and more efficient body usage
- Safe hand and wrist techniques for both keyboard and
mouse
- How to "drive" your chair (what are all
those levers for anyway?)
- Gentle movement exercises and stretches that prevent
RSI and back pain
